OPTIVARA LTD (the ‘Company’), registered in the Republic of Moldova, hereby makes a public offer to any individual or legal entity (the ‘User’) to conclude a contract for the sale of digital eSIM data packages under the terms set out below.

By placing an order on Optivare eSIM (the ‘Service’), the User confirms full acceptance of these terms.

1. Subject of the offer — supply of prepaid mobile internet packages activated via eSIM technology and delivered as a QR code / activation code (LPA).

2. Order & payment — orders are placed via the website; payment is processed via the BPay/MIA system. Prices are listed in USD; final amount is shown on the checkout page.

3. Delivery — eSIM credentials (QR / activation code / short URL) are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes.

4. Refunds — eSIM is considered consumed once the activation code has been redeemed. Unredeemed eSIMs may be refunded within 14 days from purchase, less any third-party processing fees.

5. Compatibility — eSIM works only on eSIM-capable devices. The Company is not responsible for device incompatibility verified prior to order.

6. Limitation of liability — the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted network coverage outside its control.

7. Governing law — this offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
